BrightEdu Planner is designed without accounts, cloud profiles, advertising trackers, or a server-side personal-data store. This policy explains that privacy model in clear terms.

What information does the Application obtain?

BrightEdu Planner does not collect, log, or store personal information through normal use. Registration is not required. We do not build user profiles or maintain a cloud database of your study activity.

Location

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.

Third-party access

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no application data for us to sell or share with advertisers or other third parties.

Accounts and registration

No account, registration, login, or user profile is required to use the core BrightEdu Planner experience.

Data Retention

We do not retain personal data from BrightEdu Planner on our servers because the Application does not collect or send that personal data to us through normal use. There is therefore no server-side retention period for study schedules, tasks, subjects, progress, or similar app content.

Data Deletion

There is no server-side BrightEdu Planner personal-data record for Pister Kugelhähne to delete. If you remove the Application from your device, locally held application data is removed according to your device and operating-system behavior.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.

Security

Because we do not maintain a server-side store of BrightEdu Planner personal data, exposure risk is reduced. No system can be described as absolutely secure, so reasonable safeguards are still applied to the systems we operate.

Technical network data

If the Application uses an active internet connection, ordinary network infrastructure may process temporary technical information required to establish the connection, such as an IP address. Pister Kugelhähne does not use this information to create a user profile or track your study activity.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the product or legal requirements change. Any updated version will be published with a new effective date. The current policy is effective as of October 29, 2026.
